Protecting the value of your asset should be your primary goal, (and it is ours), but doing it at a reasonable price is crucial in gauging your profitability. Our fees are consistent with the market, but because we are privately owned and managed, we allow flexibility in the structure. We provide discounts for owners who have multiple properties, and we have a performance-based commission structure to ensure that you keep more of your money.

We have different fees for occupied and vacant properties, and do not mark up any repair cost, as many of our competitors do. We negotiate any repair cost with the service provider, and will solicit three bids for any significant repair undertaking. We personally oversee the repair, or improvement, and have real time market knowledge of how much the expenses should be.
All of this is to ensure that your asset is best protected from significant, unforeseen, repair bills, and you can be sure that you are not over-paying for any service that is provided.
