After we have found a credit-worthy tenant for your property, we make it easy for them to pay on time each month. Our on-line Tenant Portal can be set up for Automatic Payments on the 1st of every month, or they only have to touch one “Make a Payment” button for them to send their rent. We can also accept rent checks through the mail, or to be dropped off at our office, but the on-line Tenant Portal option is best, and is what we encourage. After we collect the rent, we can electronically deposit your Owner’s Draw directly to the checking account that you designate, or we can mail you the check, however you prefer. At year end, you will receive a Property Report showing all Rents and Expenses paid, as well as a 1099 showing your net profit.
