Renting my condo for 12 years, and I have dealt with several property management companies over that time, some that have been a complete horror show. The property manager, Allen, does a great job of balancing the act of advocating for both the owner and the renter. He's extremely responsive when I ever have an issue and issues are dealt with professionally and promptly. Once even, I dropped off my check and it was lost and Allen actually came to my house to get a replacement to save me a trip.
